Service Policies & Terms
Thank you for choosing Sabrina & J Housekeeping Services. Our goal is to provide reliable, professional, and high-quality cleaning services. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
Cleaning Service Includes
General Areas (All Rooms)
Dusting of furniture, décor, shelves, baseboards, windowsills, doors, and trim
Wiping light switches, doorknobs, and handles
Cleaning ceiling fans and light fixtures
Vacuuming upholstery, sofas, and chairs
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Spot cleaning walls, doors, and trim (when paint condition allows)
Cleaning blinds and shutters
Emptying trash cans and replacing liners
Cleaning sliding glass doors (interior and exterior)
Kitchen
Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash
Clean exterior surfaces of cabinets and appliances
Microwave cleaned inside and out
Polish stainless steel surfaces
Clean and sanitize sink and faucet
Wipe down small appliances
Bathrooms
Scrub and disinfect toilets
Deep clean showers, tubs, and sinks
Remove soap scum and buildup when possible
Clean shower doors and tracks
Polish faucets and fixtures
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Wipe counters, cabinets, and drawers
Empty and sanitize trash bins
Bedrooms
Dust furniture, lamps, and décor
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and under beds (when accessible)
Wipe doors, handles, and light switches
Change bed linens if clean linens are provided
Living Rooms & Common Areas
Dust furniture, shelves, electronics, and décor
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Vacuum upholstery and cushions
Vacuum and mop floors
Additional Services
The following services are available for an additional fee:
Inside refrigerator cleaning (must be mostly empty)
Inside oven cleaning
Interior window cleaning
Bed making
Carpet Cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your cleaning service.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To avoid fees, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellation Fees
$75 fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment
$100 fee for same-day cancellations
$200 fee if our team arrives and cannot access the property
Service Limitations
For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide:
Organizing services
Dishwashing
Laundry services
Cleaning of very high or hard-to-reach areas
Moving heavy furniture
Cleaning excessively cluttered spaces
Additional charges may apply for certain add-on services or unusually heavy cleaning conditions.
Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment
To help our team provide the best service possible, please:
Remove clutter from floors and countertops
Pick up clothing, toys, and personal items
Clear dishes from sinks
Secure pets in a safe area during service
Failure to adequately prepare the home may result in additional cleaning charges or reduced service completion.
Pet Policy
We love pets and are happy to work in pet-friendly homes.
For the safety of your pets and our cleaning professionals, clients are responsible for securing pets that may interfere with cleaning services or create unsafe working conditions.
Sabrina & J Housekeeping Services reserves the right to pause, discontinue, or reschedule service if a pet presents a safety concern.
Photo Documentation Policy
To maintain the quality of our services and protect both our clients and our company, Sabrina & J Housekeeping Services may take before-and-after photographs of work areas during service visits.
These photos may be used for:
Quality control and service verification
Training and performance improvement
Documentation of pre-existing conditions or damage
Resolving service-related concerns or disputes
We respect our clients’ privacy. Photographs are used solely for business purposes and will never be publicly shared, posted online, or used in marketing materials without the client’s written permission.
By scheduling service with Sabrina & J Housekeeping Services, you acknowledge and consent to reasonable photo documentation as described above.
Damage & Liability Policy
While we take every precaution to protect your home and belongings, accidents can occasionally occur.
Any concerns regarding damage or breakage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Sabrina & J Housekeeping Services is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Improperly installed fixtures
Unsecured wall décor
Fragile items not disclosed before service
Damage caused by faulty or deteriorated materials
Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement value of the affected item when appropriate.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
We do not offer invoicing, payment plans, or “promise to pay” arrangements unless approved in advance.

A 10% late fee will be applied to balances unpaid after 4 days.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to address any missed areas.
Please note:
Refunds are not provided.
Re-clean requests must be made within 24 hours of service.
Satisfaction concerns must relate to services included in the original scope of work.
Right to Refuse Service
Sabrina & J Housekeeping Services Inc reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any of the following reasons:
Unsafe working conditions
Aggressive or unsecured pets
Hazardous materials or biohazards
Excessive clutter preventing safe access
Illegal activity on the property
Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff
